Michaelides, Kleopa & Paraskeva is a general partnership (Registration Number: Σ 12937), acting through Kleopa & Paraskeva LLC, a lawyers’ limited liability Company, registered under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus (Registration Number: HE 375672), regulated and overseen by the Cyprus Bar Association which is the governing body of legal professionals in the Republic of Cyprus.Michaelides, Kleopa & Paraskeva is a Law Firm located in Nicosia, Cyprus, offering and maintaining a high standard of services to an elite clientele, comprised of both institutions and individuals. Founded by Mr. George Michaelides, who has been practicing law since 1970, over the years the firm has established a local and international network of affiliates.
This has allowed our office to tend to our clients’ needs and requests in a timely efficient manner and with the devotion and professionalism that Mr. Michaelides believes is vital in creating a strong and trustworthy reputation. In his own words, “it is not about measuring our firm’s success based on the value of the business deals which we are involved in, but more importantly, on the number of satisfied clients which we manage to serve”.
After more than half a century of continuous and unwavering commitment towards our clients’ needs, we have come to be regarded by our clients as attentive and trustworthy associates with only their best interest at heart. Currently, fifteen members of our firm are based at our offices in Nicosia, with a number of associates situated in London, Los Angeles, Ottawa, Cairo, Beirut, Dubai, Riyadh and Doha.
We regard the establishment of Skyarc Consultancy Services Ltd in 2018 as a milestone in our journey, whereby through Skyarc, we are able to offer our clients business oriented consultation in matters relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, Wealth Management, Estate Planning, Real Estate and advice pertaining to Industry Sectors such as Oil & Gas.
Currently, in 2022, we are preparing to launch our new offices in Cairo, Egypt.
